• Maintenance Managements - oversees the repair and maintaining of facility, air-conditioning, electrical systems, plumbing and general building upkeep.
• Implements the compliance of Health & Safety Regulations.
• Develop and manages facility budgets.
• Oversee the smooth functions of security systems and manpower to ensure safety of employees.

• Prepare and coordinate to the relevant detailed designs provided by the Architect or the Clients.
• Estimates, Costing, Evaluate & Consolidates the technical description of all materials needed on the implementation of the project based on the contract technical specifications and Bill of Quantity.
• Project Supervision – (Supervised, and make periodic visits during implementation . To assure to the client that all aspect are followed based on the Bill of Quantity and the Detailed Design Drawing. Also to lead a strategic plan in executing the project to have a smooth, standard and proper methodology during the implementation).
• Project Management - (leading and managing the project team to achieve clients goal and satisfaction. Managing the procurement of materials, cash flow including all consumables, indirect and direct costs of the projects.

• Site Supervision and managements - (Supervising and managing the implementation of the whole HVAC system works in the new International Airport, the quality of installation of the HVAC ducting, HVAC piping and HVAC Equipment to meet the requirement as per specification.
• Review and evaluate HVAC construction materials and accessories for the project based of the standards (i.e. SMACNA & NPFA), ensure forms as per existing standards required designers.
• Manages all costs, estimates & quantification of the whole required equipment’s and

materials of MVAC of the mentioned projects.

• Answerable as the Head of the Department. In-charge to oversee the smooth running and operations in Designing and Service Department.
• Attend and Coordinates with the Clients and Consultants during Site Coordination Meetings
• To lead the strategic engineering of heat load calculation and designing of Ventilation and Air Conditioning from Construction to Industrial Projects.
• Provides different layout drawings in AUTOCADD 2D of the Air Conditioning and Ventilation System, Tracing, Materials Estimation and Project Costing.

• Provide technical assistance in service maintenance and installations based on standards of products in construction projects.
• Conduct testing and commissioning based on company’s standards.
• Conduct inspection of quality installation of the installers at project site in accordance of company standard.
• Provides different layout drawings in AUTOCADD 2D of the air conditioning piping system designs. Provide materials estimation and electrical wiring installation layout.
