Summary of Actual Duties

• Handled in-patient services such as transcription of doctors’ orders, preparation of Unit Drug Dose Delivery System, performance of aseptic techniques, sterile compounding, IV admixture, and antiretroviral drug management. Also managed out-patient pharmacy services, including patient counseling and dispensing of OTC and prescription medications. Additionally responsible for clinical pharmacy services, such as providing discharge instruction interventions and weekly monitoring of insulin and concentrated electrolytes. Lastly, focused on inventory management through monthly stock inventory using the FEFO/FIFO policy.
