- Assess the respiratory status and history of the patient and determine the best modality of the therapy.
- Airway management and assistance with intubation and suctioning.
- Competently manage all patients on mechanical ventilation.
- Performed arterial blood gas puncture, and analysis in Adult, pediatrics and neonates.
- Provides all respiratory care services such as; chest physiotherapy, postural drainage, Incentive Spirometry and IPPB, administer Oxygen therapy and Aerosol therapy.
- Perform weaning and Extubation from mechanical ventilation.
- Participate in the transport of ventilated patients of all age groups both internally and externally.
- Evaluate effects of respiratory therapy treatment plan by observing, noting, and evaluating patient's progress.
