● Focal point for receipt and verification of new credit card applications from Hong Kong and Guangzhou, China, using the Group Work Flow Information System (GWIS) and the Hub Credit Card (HCC) system.
● Verifies income proof and other provided documents in processing credit card applications and generates results within specified lead time.
● Analyzes and evaluates new credit card applications in compliance with the corporate international credit card policy
● Does the daily quality checking of processed applications in accordance with accuracy metrics, issues memos to HSBC branches in Hong Kong regarding credit card applications, issues letters to customers if additional requirements are needed to process credit applications
● Cascades updates to other associates and sees to it that these are implemented effectively and efficiently
● Provides quality service to customer
