• Responsible for handling and monitor Sales Executives/Supervisors with regards to their sales target/quota, other reports, and schedule.
• In charge for daily and monthly sales monitoring and update.
• In charge for the consolidation of inventory reports and monitoring of 935 consignment stores/branches with regards to the inventory level.
• In charge of Purchase Order approval and delivery of 935 consignment stores/branches

• In charge od Audit Reports for all dealer and for monitoring 12 Auditor staff with regards to their daily errands and task.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
People Development – have a monthly training that can added to the Promodisers learnings wherein they can apply it on their daily work activities.
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures, salability and inventory.
• Closely monitoring of daily delivery schedules and purchase orders.
• Responsible for handling and monitor 5 Sales Coordinators with regards to their sales target/quota, daily accomplishments and pending works, plans, other reports, and schedule.
• Responsible for selection, buying and determining product mixed of handled brand.
• Monitor retail price of competitors and maintain pricing for products accordingly.
• Meetings and communication with the principals of the handled brands.
• Closely monitor with the inventory level and salability of the products/brands.
• Set promotions.
SALES AND MARKETING
• In charge of overall sales performance of handled brand (setting sales target, responsible for daily sales monitoring, promotions and events.
• Directly meeting and communication with the Merchandising Manager of SM and other Dealers with regards to Sales Target and plans. (handled brand performance)
• Closely work and direct communication with the designer/artist for conceptualization, planning and launching of new designs, color trends, and product development.
• Meeting with the Licensee for the upcoming color, trends, design and samples approval.
MERCHANDISING AND PURCHASING
• Closely work and monitor merchandising for the samples, consumptions, buying and sourcing of all the materials needed in the production of the new designs/product line to be launched.
• In charge of product costing and pricing.
• Meeting and direct communication with the foreign suppliers for product importation.
• Directly meeting and communication with the Merchandising Manager of SM for the direction, product development, events, promotion and branch soon to open.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
• Responsible for handling and monitor Sales Supervisors with regards to their sales target/quota, daily accomplishments and pending works, plans, other reports, and schedule.
• Responsible for the continuous sales staff/promoter’s product knowledge, trainings and seminars.
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures, salability and inventory.
• Closely monitoring of daily deliveries and schedule, purchase orders, production schedule and output.
• Keeping up to date with the trends, products and competitors.
• Closely work with accounting for the monitoring and signing of daily Purchase Orders, DR’s, variances reports, counter and collections other accounting matters.
• Directly report to VP’s and Managing Director of the Company.
• Direct and responsible for setting sales target, inventory monitoring, purchase order and delivery of handled SM Branches.
• Closely monitoring of handled Sales staff with regards to their sales target and attendance.
• Responsible for the visual merchandise display of every outlet/branch that is being handled.
Store visits/rounds; spot checking and constant communication/meeting with the Department Manager of every handled account.
• Responsible for the inventory, incoming of goods, and goods for export.
• Weekly meeting and have a presentation with the Sales group with regards to the existing inventory (slow moving and new designs)
• Monitoring of production output and purchase order.
• Responsible for monitoring of daily outgoing deliveries and all warehouse transactions.
• Closely monitor for the Purchase Order preparation, what is delivered and pending.
• Closely work with the logistic/dispatching group for the daily delivery schedule.
• Responsible for purchasing, receiving and issuance of all raw materials needed in production.
• Prepared DR’s and Invoice of daily deliveries.
• Prepared the schedule what is to be run in production.
• Handled all warehouse transactions and activities.
• Coordinates with the Quality Control Inspector for the inspection of all incoming raw materials.
