Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and subcontractors to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and coordinate site meetings to address construction and design issues.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, municipal requirements, and company standards.
• Manage project documentation including RFAs, RFIs, CPRs, permits, variation orders, progress billings, shop drawings, and as-built plans.
• Prepare and update CAD drawings, material requests, procurement documents, and change orders.
• Inspect material deliveries, monitor punch list items, and maintain quality control throughout construction.
• Represent the company during client and coordination meetings regarding project updates and site concerns.

• Three-storey Residence with Basement and Pool – Dasmariñas Village, Makati, Metro Manila
• Three (3) Two-Storey Residential Buildings – Montecito, Laguna, Calabarzon

Responsibilities:

• Estimated rebar quantities based on structural plans and prepared rebar order forms using Excel.
• Prepared shop drawings, as-built drawings, rebar cutting lists, and excavation drawings for site implementation.
• Reviewed and ensured drawings complied with structural and architectural plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Interpreted construction drawings and coordinated technical details for on-site execution.
• Prepared drawing submissions and supporting documents for RFAs, RFIs, and Concrete Pouring Requests (CPRs).
• Created detailed 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp Pro for construction projects.

• Prepared rebar cutting lists for beams, girders, slabs, columns, and other structural elements.
• Estimated and consolidated rebar quantities using Commercial Bar Quantifier (CBQ) in Excel based on structural plans and specifications.
• Produced detailed reinforcement fabrication drawings for construction and site implementation.
• Interpreted structural drawings and coordinated with site teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper execution of works.
• Created detailed 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp Pro for construction projects.
