Hi, I am Leona. I worked as a call center agent here in Davao, and being in a call center field is not that easy, you will assist people who needs your help about their concern wether it’s about their product purchase or medical expenses and medical support. It is quite challenging but to tell you honestly it is fun at the same time. To end this brief description about my past work, I quitted there because of the toxicity of the people, and I want to experience different kind of work and gain more knowledge and experience as well.
