· Act as the POC (point-of-contact) for the East Asia Region-Customer Service Support.
· Assigning of task on Service Now to other CS Associate on behalf of our Team Leader.
· Assisting our Japan, Korea and China’s CS team when it comes to handling booking and documentation of all export shipments from East Asia to USA, Europe, Africa and other parts of Asia.

· Checking the accuracy of billing charges from carrier/shipping lines and make sure that billing invoice has been posted as per the KPI. Verify those accounts with credit set-up as well.
· Checking of Invoice not billed and CONSOL not settled report before month end to make sure all shipment’s files has been closed.
· Provide reports to customers daily/weekly/monthly as per their requirements.
· Monitoring the Statements of Accounts (SOA) from carrier to make sure all freight, demurrage, detentions and damage charges has been settled on time.
· Handle all consignees and carriers concern regarding empty return containers, shipment not release, damage cargo and other issues.
· Monitor and assist the team to make sure that we comply to our company’s policies and procedures as well as the Trade Compliance requirements to avoid penalties and errors when it comes to handling the shipments.
· Notifies the Trade Compliance department for any alleged, suspected or actual violations of trade compliance laws and regulations.
· Checking of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) filed by external and internal customers. Identify the problem and analyze the action needed to improve our organization’s processes and eliminates error and causes of undesirable situations.
· Monitor and supervise the team in absence of the department head. Checking of the performance of the team members and escalate it to the Manager for the annual performance assessment.
· Assist the team with any import related matters.
· Endorsement of documents (House Bill of Lading/Container Guaranty/Delivery Order/Certification) to nominated Customs Broker of consignee to release goods from Bureau of Customs.
· Monitoring arrival and unloading of cargo via shipping line and container yard websites.
· Coordinating arrival details to consignee/broker via email to avoid late filing and abandonment of cargo and additional cost to consignees.
· Checking of documents such as commercial invoices, packing list and bill of lading.
· Encoding of manifest for incoming importations.
