[From a fellow team member] Lea, even from the beginning, you never cease to impress me with your work and your work ethic. Thank you for the leadership you provide within the team through your example. With you around, the team never has to be concerned about the quality of work you turn in - as they say, it's always excellent the first time, every time! Your results speak for themselves. You put in the hard work, and you succeed as a result. Your dedication to seeing everything through to the finish is incomparable and always make a difference! I think no words could express how incredible and passionate you are! I’m not sure how things would be and how M3CE would function without you! So glad to have you on the team! I've learned so much from you and I'm really grateful to have you as my teammate, leader, and a friend! Continue to exude greatness Lea! Borrowing Tapashree's favorite or most used phrase - "Perfect! Really Good!"
[From a colleague in another team at Infor Hyderabad] I would like to express my gratitude to you, for all of your support and assistance to me and the team. You were so kind to understand the challenges that Rama faced during her onboarding in DLP executions and helped her by taking time and explained to her by each Test case, We highly appreciate your efforts in that. We felt extremely comfortable approaching you for assistance with functional explanations, particularly in the world of T2V. The conversations we had with you were very productive. Thank you very much for everything, and I look forward to collaborating with you in the coming years.
[From Current Manager] I would like to congratulate Johanne and Lea for a successful Infor OS Portal training today! From the very start the training outline was clear and both of you were able to deliver on all those topics today. Unlike the initial intent of ACE Knowledge Exchange (for Q4, 2023) to have a training where most materials are available, what happened is that you both needed to look into more materials, prepare the slides, the demo, and add questions for understanding. These tasks took considerable amount of your time, and I believe it comes from your passion to produce a training that the audience can follow. You even setup a tenant for their experimentation and use. The flow of the training felt smooth. Thank you both for being our trainers and for showing the PBM Guiding Principle of Knowledge!
[From a colleague in the Cloud Operations department] This year, particularly the February Maintenance, the team composed of QA, Operations, Automation, Project management, and the Delivery team just had one of the most successful runtimes recorded in the M3 Multi-tenant solution. It took only less than 2-hours to perform the maintenance in each region in less than the 2-hours window which has always been a challenge, especially in the larger regions. And not only that, but they have also recorded the fastest completion time since for Sydney, Frankfurt, and US-East region. A big thanks to our automation team who continue to automate the maintenance tasks with a view of reducing the human intervention during runtime. This drastically helps reduce the time consumed when clicking and waiting for other tasks to complete. We are now fully automated in terms of delivering monthly maintenance to our customers. To top that, there are also no outages reported from October of last year until February this year. And this has been reflected on our Cloud Maturity Scorecards. Early this year, there was also a point where we have not had any new urgent fixes that require immediate rollout to customers which reflects on how our entire solution has grown. No outages simply meant that the product that we deliver is in its best state. The people who are responsible (QA, Delivery, Cloud Operations) continues to perform due diligence in making sure that the application is verified, well tested, and with the right and complete instructions are implemented/upgraded ensuring that there are no unexpected issues that arise have paid off. The close collaboration and coordination between teams as well as regular touchpoints simply show a true "One Infor" spirit. They value respect and work together with a common goal, to improve the day-to-day operations of the group while helping the customer use the application to its full potential. Considering that each works in a different timezone/business hours, they still manage to kick it off with a bang. They did a great job working together. The pandemic situation didn't hinder the bond and contribution that each and everyone have. Instead, it makes everyone stronger and adapt to the new environment, adjust to the new normal, always look at the positive side and make the most out of it. Once again, a huge thanks to everyone involved.
