Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Instruction & Lesson Delivery: Implementing engaging, age-appropriate, play-based curricula focused on early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and creative expression. [1]
• Values & Holistic Formation: Integrating Franciscan core values, empathy, discipline, and basic Christian formation into daily routines and lessons.
• Classroom Supervision & Safety: Observing and monitoring young children continuously during indoor/outdoor activities, transitions, and rest times to ensure a safe environment.
• Student Progress Tracking: Assessing developmental milestones, maintaining daily behavioral/learning logs.
• Parent-Teacher Communication: Providing updates to parents regarding child progress, behavior, and school activities via scheduled consultations or announcements.
• Administrative & Routine Tasks: Managing attendance, keeping the learning environment clean and organized, and preparing instructional materials.
