Assist in the preparation of the Plan and Budget Proposal of the regional field office by consolidating and constant communication with the focal person of each banner programs and operating units regarding their proposed projects. Ensuring that the project coincides with the budget allotted. Assist in the preparation of the disaggregation of programs, and projects by banner, by province and by district. Assist in the conduct of Joint Planning Exercises that involves the farmers, local government unit officials and the Department officials to identify agriculture problems and what interventions are needed from the grassroots level. Assist in the consultation process, Focus Group Discussions, Key Informants Interviews and in the preparations of briefing materials/kit meetings and activities that is relative to PMED activities and also prepares highlights of meetings for consumption of PMED. Receive communications, facilitate signing of documents and keep relevant files.

Producing propagation materials of cut flowers and bedding flowers. Rooting cuttings, harvesting and packing orders on weekly basis. Working with small batches over many different crops with hundreds of different varieties. Take charged in care and maintenance of rooted cuttings until ready for harvest and packing. Operated an automated rooting line or a stocking robot (ISO 2500). This robot requires skills both in analyzation and computer system as different crops and varieties has different settings and playing with the numbers is crucial to attain the maximum capacity of the robot. Assist both domestic and international clients in their queries about the stocking robot and basic questions about propagating both cut and bed flowers. Assist the supplier of cuttings in giving proper and perfect sizes of cuttings. Assist in making stickers for different crops and varieties to ensure proper labeling in rooting process

Conducted interviews with farmers, fisherfolks, farm laborers and agri youth using a standard questionnaire. Recording accurate and complete information about individuals, their farms and their farm practices. Communicating with supervisors, Local Government Units and other relevant stakeholders. Ensuring all requirements and document needed is submitted by the individual. Submitting complete questionnaires or data files to supervisors in a timely manner
