• Preparation of advice documents (Statement of Advice, Record of Advice, Implementation Documents)
• Knowledge on Xplan's Risk Researcher
• Basic Needs Analysis

Assist the Main Adviser for the following:

• Any research required prior to a client meeting
• Analysis of client's financial position
• Book meetings
• Handle emails

• Processed payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements, and statements.
• Maintained clean and organised files by keeping accounts payable records up-to-date.
• Used accounting software (Peachtree, Tally) to prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
• Managed accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of transactions and maintaining accurate records.
