· Digitalization project with the implementation of HRIS – Sprout HR/ Payroll System which went through a robust system of HR/ IT approval with Global (Corporate Germany) and Regional (ASEAN) Leaders
· Sole recruiter for TUV SUD Philippines, successfully hired a total of 56 employees (budgeted and ad hoc replacements) from 2019 to 2022. Managed this alongside other HR/Admin tasks, initially as Team Leader and later as Manager, until a dedicated recruiter was hired.
· Well versed in SAP HR and One Identity Manager and provides advise/ support to new HR Managers when needed on these systems.
· 2023 Completion of Professional Certificate in Career Coaching 26 May – 18 August 2023
· Inclusion and launching of Employee Assistance Program “GuidanceResources” in partnership with Intellicare and ComPsych as our to further support Mental Health care and awareness of all employees in our Company
· Policy drafting and implementation of Mental Health Workplace Policy and Program in line with DOLE requirement for RA 11036
· Improvement on the health awareness and well-being of Employees thru following initiatives and activities:

· Crafted the idea of a Customer’s Day for the 25-Year Anniversary of TUV SUD in June 2022 and was supported by the local and regional management.

· In charge of big company events such as Quarterly Staff Conferences, 25th Anniversary, Team Building and Christmas Parties
