· Performs analysis for cyanide concentration in water samples using Automatic distillation Unit (ADU) and ISE. Determines pH of water samples.

· Determines gold, copper, silver concentration of samples using AAS Machine.

· Analyzes sample for sulfur and carbon concentration using LECO machine.

• Performs standardization and prepares reagents and solutions.
• Prepares and updates reports related to the analyses performed.
• Operates and maintains (troubleshoots) equipment used in performing analyses.
• Participates in conducting experiments for new analytical methods.
• Reports all incidents, including near misses and hazards.
• Maintains a safe and tidy worksite according to the organization’s 5S program and guidelines
• Actively participates in incident investigations and risk assessments

• Receive and perform qualitative and quantitative analyses for chemical solution from Production Lines.
• Identifies samples and measures temperature, pH and specific gravity.
• Check and maintain laboratory instrument and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Set up Lab instrument such as Spectrophotometer, CVS machines, UV-Vis and other equipment and operates according to Standard Operating Procedure.
• Troubleshoot machines
• Prepares tests reagent, standard samples and indicators for use in chemical analysis.
• Follows Lab Standard Operating Procedures, company standards and laboratory best practices.
• Perform daily housekeeping in area of responsibility, observe and maintain cleanliness of workplace.
