* Monitor employee attendance, overtime, tardiness, and leave records using biometrics and timekeeping systems(Ramco).
* Ensure accurate encoding of daily time records and coordinate discrepancies with HR or department heads.
* Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
*Respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, and timekeeping.
*Assist with annual payroll audits and year-end reporting.
*Coordinate with Finance and HR Department for payroll-related adjustments or changes.
Human Resources Support:
*Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
*Help facilitate employee onboarding and orientation.
*Assist in the recruitment process such as job posting, conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews.
