Business Development
• Conducts market and technical studies to evaluate project site • Prepares technical and financial feasibility studies.
• Prepares business case for approval of new projects by the AIC Board and/or the Investment Committee
• Forms and orients IGG Project Team on the approved project for execution.
Project Development
• Identifies and monitors project milestones that will ensure timely delivery of approved project.
• Coordinates with the different teams to ensure completion of milestones within specified time frame and budget.
• If needed, oversees IGG teams in completion of land acquisition and related matters.
• Oversees the IGG teams in the preparation, and release of permits and licenses required to construct and sell the project.
• Oversees the IGG teams in the preparation and completion of Schematic to Detailed Design Development, and Costing.
• Prepares business case for approval to construct project by the AIC Board and/or Investment Committee
• Oversees the IGG teams in awarding the project to a contractor and monitoring construction by ensuring POC, and budget targets are met.
• Coordinates with sales, marketing, and operations team to address their concerns related to the project.
• Upon completion of construction, closes out project with accounting team and turns over project to operations team.
• Maintains financial health of the project by monitoring GPM and IRR against approved financial case.
• Prepares and monitors annual project budgets for Corporate Finance.
• Manages project and WBS set-up in SAP
• Prepares monthly project updates/ reports to management.
BERDE certification involvement:
• Coordination with technical services group & BERDE consultants on certification requirements
• Review and collation of requirements from stakeholders (PD, Marketing, Operations, HR)
• Preparation of presentations, reports, and monitoring of target deadlines
• Document control Smart Planning Initiatives involvement will include:
• Assistance to TL in setting up meetings and coordination with Smart Planning consultants
• Assistance in presentations, reports, and monitoring of target deadlines
