  • Supervise in the recording of Notice of Cash Allocation (NCA) /Notice of Transfer of Allocation (NTA) and all other financial transactions in the system.
  • Check documents (Allotments) and if found to have enough funds for the expenditure, prepare Certificate of Availability of Funds (CAF)
