As maintenance supervisor it is my responsibility to make sure the office building is clean and presentable, offices are cleaned daily, facilities, bathrooms, generator, lights and water are always functioning properly. company shuttle is always scheduled for trips, maintenance and safe for the employees. it is my job to tend to problems that concerns the safety of the building and the employees

during this years i started my own small business in cement trading. but due to covid i had no choice but to close the business

i was a pioneer employee during my first tenure in this company. i started as an executive assistant to my boss/owner at the same time i was being trained in sales and logistics. as i progressed i was promoted to sales and logistics manager, i was given the freedom to hire my own team, create my own system and work process. my duties as sales and logistics manager was to train my salesman in telesales, marketing, customer visits, dispatching, inventory management, purchasing. customer support and relations.
