• Perform all aircraft seat maintenance task in accordance with the instruction or approved document to the required quality standard.
• Ensure the work is carried out in a safe manner and reach the required standard.
• Inspect and critically evaluate in-progress or completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Use approved aircraft seat maintenance tools and equipment to carry out the required inspection, servicing, repair and maintenance work.

Aircraft types: Airbus A320 family, A330-300, A340-300/600, A380 and Boeing 777

• Perform General visual/Detailed inspection, Removal/Installation, Repair/Replacement and Modification of aircraft seats and suite components (Economy/Premium Economy, Business class, First class, Cabin Attendant and Crew seat) base on approved maintenance program and customer contract within the allotted ground time to ensure availability of aircraft during the scheduled output and/or scheduled flight in accordance with applicable repair/overhaul manuals/engineering publications, manufactures specification and airworthiness directives.
• Performed replacement/repair of decorative laminates on First class and Business class seats either for aesthetic purposes, customer discretion or damage above specified limits in accordance with approved maintenance documents.
• Executes all work assigned in an efficient and cost effective manner in order to help maximize the utilization of the company's resources of manpower, materials, equipment and facilities.
• Obtains all necessary hand tools that will be used pursuant to the assigned routine and non-routine work in accordance with approved checklist.
• Provides control and preventive maintenance measures to all company assigned tools and equipment to ensure availability at all times.
• Properly signs off work accomplishment in required records and accomplishes forms or documentation requirement which may be needed in the performance of their duties.
• Keeps abreast with all work procedures, policies, standard, specifications, and regulations as may be applicable on the component, equipment and other related accessories for compliance.
• Conduct Minor and Major inspection and maintenance of Cockpit Seats.
• Conduct Minor and Major inspection and maintenance of Flight Attendant seats.
