- Lead the team of a Broadcast Engineer and VSAT Engineer
- System design and workflow planning on Broadband and Compression and IPVSAT service applications.
- Coordination with the different Satellite service providers (SES, KOREASAT, etc.) and different content service providers.
- Coordination with different equipment vendors and providers (Hughes, Harmonic, etc).
- Highly involved during internal department alignment meetings and reporting.
- Operation & Maintenance of the Broadband and Compression and IPVSAT system equipment (decoders, encoders, Mux, Cisco Routers/switches, etc.)
- Monitor client IPVSAT remote sites equipments such as modem, cisco switches to ensure stability and in good working condition.
- Assist contractors/installers during IPVSAT equipment installations, troubleshooting, and equipment & systems migrations.
- Monitor & ensure that new projects and implementations are completed on the allotted timelines.
- Perform root cause analysis for technical problems and provide corrective actions.
- Identify areas of improvement & recommend system enhancement for performance stability
- Generate documented operation procedures to enhance team knowledge and efficiency of certain tasks.
