• Report on quality checks and provide outcomes/recommendations to the wider team
• Keep abreast of Australian compliance standards and potential effects on Marketplace product listings
• And such other tasks as may be given by the Employer and/or Client analogous to the foregoing
• Communicate further details to the seller if necessary
•Responsible for reviewing products on the website (Product features, images, and descriptions) and any advertising material published by the company. We also provide guidance on how they comply with the Australian Consumer Law.
•Reviewing product prices advertised by the company are competitive with the other same market platforms.
•Tagging products to their specific and correct category.
• Accommodating client inquiries about the property specifications using Zendesk

• Gathering client information such as contact number and email address.
• Accommodating client site visits to their preferred location of the project.
