Fill pot: Place all the chicken stock ingredients into a large stockpot
Fill with water, which should just about cover the bones.
Scoop off scum: Bring to a boil on medium-high heat
Scoop off and discard any foam that collects on the surface using a ladle (this helps make stock clear).
Simmer for 3 hours: Turn stove down to low and simmer for 3 hours with no lid
The stove should be low enough so the surface is barely rippling and you just get a gentle bubble every now and then
Too rapid boiling = murky stock.
Strain: Using a lid to hold the bones and vegetables in the pot, pour the stock through a fine sieve into another pot or large bowl
(Alternatively, scoop out the solids first with a slotted spoon and then strain.)
Fill jars/containers: Measure out into containers for storage and faster cooling.
Cool: Allow to cool on the counter then refrigerate
This will make any fat rise to the surface and solidify.
Discard fat: Scrape fat off the surface and discard.
Potato Soup

700g Potato
2 ¼ Cups of Regular Milk
3 Cups Chicken Stock
5 ½ tbsp of Butter
Garlic
Pepper
1 tsp Salt
Dried Parsley
Onion Leaves or Fresh Parsley
Procedures
Wash all the Potatoes thoroughly
Cut the potatoes into small pieces
In a saucepan put 2 tbsp of butter and add chopped garlic
When the garlic turns golden brown add the cut potatoes
Saute the potatoes for a while
To that add 2 tbsp of butter
Then add 1 cup of chicken stock & close the lid and bring it to boil potatoes soften
Lift the lid, check & stir few times, if needed add some chicken stock
When done switch off the cooker & transfer the potatoes to a blender make a paste
Add a little at a time & blend till you get a smooth paste, add milk to lighten the paste
When all are blended transfer to the same pan and cook in medium heat
Add remaining to get the right thickness
If you like thickness you can add milk to bring it to the thickness you need
Add salt and pepper to taste
Lastly, add parsley and serve hot & enjoy.
Salad: Creamy Cucumber Salad

3 pcs medium size Cucumber
1 medium size onion
220ml mayonnaise
⅓ cup of white sugar
⅓ cup of vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Procedures
Sliced the cucumber and onion
In a bowl put the mayonnaise, white sugar, vinegar, and salt and pepper.
Mix it all together then add the onion and cucumber.

Sandwich: Chicken Sandwich

2 chicken breast, shredded
⅓ cup shredded carrot
1 medium red onion, chopped
⅓ cup shredded cheese
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper

Procedures
In a pot, add chicken breast with salt, pepper, and water.
Cover with lid and cook for 12-15 minutes on low-medium heat
Remove from heat and transfer the chicken in a clear bowl
Shred the chicken to a bowl and add mayonnaise, shredded carrots, cheese, red onion, salt and black pepper.
