  • Prepare tender documents, including Bill of Quantities, evaluate Contractor/Subcontractor/Supplier bids for cost-effectiveness, and negotiate contract pricing
  • Manage contract between the company and the client/contractor/subcontractor
  • To measure/asses work done on-site for progress payments, conduct valuations for interim and final payments, and verify quantities and costs against project specifications
  • Monitor project expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality, and track material usages to prevent financial wastage
  • Prepare detailed cost reports for all the stakeholders, maintain accurate financial records and project documentation
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that cost estimates align with design and construction plans, and to advise budget impacts of design changes

  • Oversee the Cable Entrance Facility (CEF) and Fiber Optic Cabling (FOC) Projects as Service Provider of Ericsson Telecommunications Philippines
  • Ensure the Scheduling and Implementation of Site Surveying for the awarded CEF/FOC sites while coordinating with WFS Engineers of SMART and Representatives of Ericsson Philippines
  • Make Technical Site Survey Reports (TSSR) for awarded and surveyed CEF/FOC sites with AutoCAD Designs for site premise layouts, inside cabin layouts, and other shop drawings
  • Manage scheduling, implementation, and inspection of the Cable Entrance Facility Construction for the awarded sites
  • Take charge of scheduling and implementation of the following Fiber Optic Cabling Activities within site premises for North and South Luzon
  • Fiber Optic Cable Laying from Service Entrance Post to Cabin
  • Making ODF Location Proposals for WFS Engineer Approval
  • Termination of Fiber Optic Cable on the Optical Distribution Frame (ODF) within the Cabin
