- Handles costing for land arrangements such as tours/itinerary, hotels, transportation and restaurants.
- Coordinates with the travel agencies for clients preferences on tours if leisure, pilgrimage or MICE.
- Assists clients once they are already on the event or tour.
- Ensures that security of clients upon arrival at the airport until they come back to their country.
- Worked 24/7 as we mediate between the travel agencies here in the Philippines with our colleague to contact suppliers in Israel, Europe and South Africa.
- Our line are always open service 24/7 and emails are well monitored to answer the queries abruptly. This is to void delayed and cancellations with the suppliers.
- Join sales team in either events, expo or trade show either domestic or international to directly convey partnership and sales to companies.
- Coordinates with international partners and suppliers to secure customers visas and all other required documents.
