In this company I found my home and my family not only for my co workers and friends, but the products we produced for our patients. I worked with heart with our mission which is to save and sustain lives for our patients. It didn't stop there that being a Production worker you have to produced quality products but with continuous support for them. In times of pandemic, though we had limited factors in anyways but we still worked for them to survive because we knew that our patients needs continues medication to extend their lives.

Being a Production worker you have to comply the rules and regulations of the company. As for me I worked in a Pharmaceutical and manufacturing industry, so it's important that you are physically fit for the job. And when it comes to production you have to worked with quality for your patients. I trained different process inside the production, so I can be assigned on different areas.

At this time I worked in a Pharmaceutical and manufacturing company. It's my first time to work on this industry so I felt nervous at that time. It's a long process to cope up and adjustments because I came from an electronics industry. But in the long run I enjoyed my journey making some friends, and learned the right process inside the production. I've learned different process and assigned on different areas or being a multi tasker.

In this position I can say that it's a challenging role as a receptionist or cashier. I encountered different people and doing Customer service. I've met people whom I can say being my friend and family. My main role on this job are answering phone calls, answers the questions from customers, doing appointments for them and doing sales for our products but the most challenging was being a cashier which is accepting payments from customers.
