HR Systems and Tools Administration
- Manage and administer HR systems and tools to ensure data integrity, security, and efficiency.
- Serve as point of contact for system-related escalations and troubleshoot issues in coordination with IT/Development teams.
- Ensure accurate system configuration aligned with business needs (e.g., holiday calendar, DTR report and all related reports).
HR Reporting and Analytics
- Deliver daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports and dashboards.
- Analyze HR data to support business decisions and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and audit data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide ad hoc reports and fulfill data requests within agreed SLAs.
HR Advisory and Process Oversight
- Support HR advisory for DTR, Leave, and FWA processes and escalate deviations when needed.
- Administer and align with global processes related to Leave and Attendance.
- Identify process gaps and support the implementation of corrective actions.
BU Operations and Support
- Assist the Business Unit Manager in daily operational activities and KPI monitoring.
- Participate in recruitment, including interviewing, screening, and onboarding of new hires within the BU.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for new and existing staff.
- Monitor staff performance and support initiatives that improve engagement and retention.
Project Participation and Continuous Improvement
- Participate in HR and cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Recommend system and reporting enhancements to drive operational efficiency.
Compliance and Confidentiality
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ensure all reports, applications, and processes adhere to company policies and labor regulations.
- Promote a culture of compliance and data privacy.
