1. Prepares end-to end process such as but not limited to recruitment and hiring, compensation and benefits,
employee relations, timekeeping and payroll activities, general affairs services and other HR & GA discipline.
2. Monitors and records of overtime, undertime, official business and other related timekeeping documents of
employees.
3. Handles salary discrepancy/inquiries of employees. Prepares salary adjustment accordingly.
4. Monitors daily tardiness and absences and working hours. Prepares reports at the same time.
5. Assists in the documentation and implementation of disciplinary action related to Timekeeping, Attendance and Punctuality.
6. Attends to SSS, PAG-IBIG and Philhealth matters and concerns. Keep abreast with the latest circulars and memoranda.
7. Manages support service providers such as shuttle, canteen, health providers, security guards, janitors, drivers,
etc.)
8. Assist in the execution of all company events or activities relating to employees welfare
9. Acts as HR and GA head person-in-charge when immediate superiors are not around. Extends support to other members to ensure that routine activities are timely executed.
10. Prepares and serves Notice to Explain and Offense Report to employees who have violations to Company
Rules and Regulations and performs counselling to ensure that violations won't recur.
11. Basic processing of expat's Passports and Visa Renewal
12. Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Responsible for monitoring and updating manpower
headcount list of IM direct employees and coordinating
to each department for checking and tallying.
Timekeeping and Payroll support such as filing and
receiving related documents, preparation of payslip,
distribution of cash payroll.
Receive files and safe keeps all time keeping documents
for records purposes.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of payslip, cash
payroll, meal stub, certificate of employment, certificate
for perfect attendance & preparation of monthly
payment of other benefits.
Assigned in shipping/delivery process (shipping
documents, truck booking, dealing with customer’s
requests, filing, etc.)
Inputting and sending of employees’ attendance (time
in and time out)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Internet
