• Testing of Distribution, Current and Potential Transformers using Megger MIT-1025 for Insulation Resistance test and Megger TTRU1-ADV for Transformer Turns Ratio to ensure efficiency on the system.

• Undertakes construction/extension of primary and secondary distribution line, system improvement & upgrading, line conversion, rerouting of line; and conducts vegetation and right of way clearing.
• Undertakes requisition of distribution line materials and equipment; taps new connection, service reconnection and disconnection and prepares daily work accomplishment reports.
• Performs line inspection, patrolling and assists in thermal scanning.
• Responds to the call of duty as the exigency of service so requires.
• Operates service vehicle and heavy equipment whenever necessary.

With knowledge on principles of electricity, staking sheets, NEA construction standard, National Electrical Safety Code and training in emergency first aid; use of line tools and equipment

• Carries out the instruction of the Distribution, Operation & Construction Foreman in performing all work required in connection with the replacement of electrical facilities.
