3 Years 5 Months- Responsible for carrying out quality assurance/control operation/activities of the client’s Quality Control Department through performing the following duties and responsibilities.
- Performs in-process analysis of all in-house manufactured products and issues appropriate tags.
- Analyzes raw materials as per specifications and issues appropriate tag.
- Prepares reagents and volumetric solutions needed for analysis. Request reagents/laboratory apparatus needed in the QA Laboratory.
- Analyzes stability samples and performs laboratory batches as required by client.
- Files and checks batch records for completeness.
- Ensures timely calibration of all Lab equipment. Calibrates equipment with established and validated calibration procedure. Request calibration for equipment that needs external services at least a month before due date.
- Perform air sampling of Production Areas, swabbing of areas and equipment and coordinates testing with approved micro lab.
- As appointed, may handle the function of Document Control center in document and data control.
- Collates data for monthly QA reports.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory/workplace.
- Checks weighing of raw materials, its appearance, color and odor prior to use, in the absence of Production Supervisor.
- Prepares Operating Log sheets based on client’s product/process specification.
