Joyce Ermac

I have been teaching in a private school since 2018, handling elementary level students for five years. During my time as an elementary teacher, I was responsible for lesson planning, classroom management, student assessment, and creating a positive learning environment that supports both academic and personal growth of students. I worked closely with parents and colleagues to monitor student progress and development. In addition to my teaching role, I was appointed as the Student Discipline Officer for the entire campus. In this role, I handled student discipline and behavior management from Elementary to Senior High School. I managed student concerns, implemented school policies, conducted investigations on disciplinary cases, coordinated with teachers and parents, and helped guide students improving behavior and decision-making. This role strengthened my leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and student management skills.

Worked as a cashier in a fast-food restaurant, responsible for taking customer orders, processing cash payments and issuing receipts accurately. Provided efficient and friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment, assisted with order coordination, and maintained cleanliness and organization in the service area while ensuring proper cash handling and adherence to company standards.
