With over 17 years of experience in the BPO industry, I have developed a strong foundation in project management, operations management, and support functions. For 14 years, I honed my project management skills at Accenture, where I led successful projects across varying industries and portfolios across different geographies. In addition to this, I have also led a Philippine Shared Services team with up to 80 Project Managers, demonstrating my leadership capabilities and ability to oversee large teams. Additionally, I have 3 years of PMO experience outside of Accenture, where I developed and implemented processes to improve project efficiency and effectiveness. Finally, I have 3 years of experience in delivery operations and quality assurance, where I oversaw operations management and support functions to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. With my extensive background in BPO and a track record of delivering successful projects, I am confident in my ability to contribute value to any team.
