COSMETIC INGREDIENTS DIVISION
Sales role: 80%
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth objectives and revenue targets, with a focus on acquiring new customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and conducting market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, meet their needs, promptly address any concerns or issues, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our cosmetic ingredients and secure new business deals.
Collaborate between customer & Business Unit to prepare accurate and competitive sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Maintains a deep understanding of the Cosmetic Ingredients / Personal Care industry, including market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Meets or exceeds sales targets by consistently closing sales and achieving sales quotas.
Business support role: 20%
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries, requests for samples, and product information.
Ensure complete order by processing customer’s PO, order confirmation, delivery, and other responsibilities related to order management.
Manage and arranging samples for customers in Philippines by coordinating with Singapore lab.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, inventory reports, and analyses to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide updates to the APAC Sales Director.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including production, logistics, and S&C customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfilments and exceptional customer satisfaction.
