Crafting and Sewing

It makes me feel relaxed and accomplished when I'm crafting or sewing. In every piece that I create, there is planning, measuring and problem-solving which I apply in real life and work.  When I make useful and meaningful handmade items, it motivates me to create more. Every piece I make is appreciated by the people I give it to and that is one of my happy pills.
