- Conduct a pre-operational inspection of the machines and overhead crane.
- Ensure and provide 7-nos of overhauled yokes, 6-nos of cleaned metal crucibles, and 7-nos of cleaned bath crucible to pot line per shift. Also, ensure 2nos of bath crucibles and 2-nos of yoke extra prepared every day.
- Present accurate data and records.
- Fill out the pre-operational vehicle checklist and inform the shift supervisor of any breakdown daily.
- Metal and bath crucible pre-heating and baking (drying) cycle temperature to be recorded accurately, any variation in temperature observed, to be reported to the shift supervisor.
- Crucible cleaning machine metal and bath side augers to be cleaned each shift.
- Maintain 5s in all areas.
