JOB DESCRIPTION :

Focusing on maintaining quality and craftsmanship in the products we fabricate.

We do the following:

• Read and interpret basic technical drawings.
• Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts using power tools like a grinder, miller, router, CNC router, and saws.
• Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain equipment and work area for safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members on projects.
• Weld and solder pieces together.
• Align components, and connect them with bolts and screws.
• Find faulty components in defective products to fix them.

• Expertly weld to small, medium and large GI pipe of various metals and alloys
• Performs mechanical installations per engineering directions
• Read and comprehend construction drawings and specifications
• Lay out and install piping’s equipment and other mechanical system in compliance with construction drawing and specifications
• Ability to read safety warning and guideline
• Always attentive to detail just to ensure safety
• Ability to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers.
• Welding License: FCAW A3Z (SMAW )6G

• Performs welding job at the fabrication shop and on site
• Plan and analyze fabrication drawings
• Prepares and check materials
• Full Weld ( BS ) Bottom Shield of the ship
• Full Weld ( UD) Upper Deck of the ship
• Full Weld ( SH) Side Shield of the ship
• Full Weld all part of the ship
