· Safely operate the bus along designated routes and schedules.

· Safely transport employees and/or clients to and from designated locations, such as office buildings, meetings, or events.

· Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including providing support for individuals with mobility challenges.

· Keep accurate records of daily routes, mileage, and passenger counts for reporting purposes.

· Inspect the tank for tampering of any locks and seals and ensure the current seals match the seal register.

· Inspect the base of tank for obvious leaks.

· Should any tampering be found or leaks discovered report immediately.

· Any discrepancies are to be reported to VCL head office.

· Responsible of receiving and outgoing materials.

· Checking of material packing list.

· Inventory report and daily report.

· Report for LOSD (Lost, Over, Shortage, Damage) material.

· Material issuance based on construction drawing.

· Maintain a well-organized lay down area.

· Control the quantity and quality of the goods stored in the warehouse.

· Control the quantity anf quality of the goods stored in the container storage areas.

· Coordinate with the operational foreman.

· Organize the repair of the damaged goods in the warehouse and in the storage areas.

· Maintain the products quality before shipment.

· Inspect the cargoes and make sure it is in good condition.

· Receives and coordinate shipments of clients.

· Prepares documentations/ Papers of specific cargoes.

· Prepares monthly report.

· Responsible for the warehouse daily activity.

· Ensure the materials are in good condition.

· Maintain daily inventory.

· Responsible for receiving and unloading of finished products.

· Investigate cycle count and other data discrepancies and make necessary adjustments approved by the Supervisor.
