- We repair damages of the item in accordance with references and task cards
- We do this actions in accordance with MTC (Maintenance Task Card) which came from the customer and NRTC (Non-Routine Task Card) that came from the inspection and approved by customer
- I perform: - Laminate replacement/s
- Removal and installation of doors
- Repairing shrouds, doors, floor pan, and floor panel
- I already perform these repairs on several aircraft in different airlines (A330, A380, B777)
- I sent support in Upholstery in a short-span where carpets and cargo compartment insulators are removed and installed
- I supported the Seat-shop where I removed a footrest from one of the airlines, and installed MOD's in business class
- I also sent support in the Paint shop to perform installation Aero Shark Projects (which was first in Asia ) that was held in Lufthansa Technik Philippines.
- Participated in regular staff meetings to discuss ongoing projects, areas for improvement, and upcoming priorities within the workshop setting.
- Provided excellent customer service by answering questions and explaining the repair process clearly and professionally.
