Additional Information
Having been raised and trained by a family of Chefs, I wanted to branch out on my own which is why I have garnered extensive experience in the restaurant management field early on. Wanting a change of pace, I eventually moved on to call center sales wherein the challenges brought were met with exceeding success. I eventually established my own BPO Company, Prime 63, which was successful for several years before selling it to an associate and returning to my Chef roots. Today, I do freelance writing as a hobby as well as teach at The Bailiwick Academy, My Wife and I own and operate Kassandra's Kitchen, a restaurant consultancy firm wherein we offer our services to new restaurants who wish to develop their operations in both kitchen and dining as well as existing restaurants who wish to change their existing menu and staff training as well as develop marketing strategies to increase their revenue.
