- DUTIES / RESPONSIBITIES : > Can read, analyzed blue prints and technical drawings
- Safety practices before during and after machining progress
- Can operate multiple CNC machines
- Responsible in the operation of the following machines; : OPTICAL PROFILE GRINDER MACHINE-Computerize NC PGX – 2500N, model of Waida brand : MILLING MACHINE – Horizontal/Operation of Hitachi, Bridgeport,Makino brand
- FORM GRINDING MACHINE-FSIS/F-524 series of NICCO brand
- LATHE MACHINE- Conventional Lathe M250, Harrizon brand
- Proper knowledge of using instrumental sush as Vernier caliper,inside and outside micrometer, pin gauge, metallic or ceramic gauge block, Digimicro Nikon MFC – 101 measure scope NIKON MM-40/MM-60 series with data processor DP-303
- Conduct regular inspection of the machines peripheries, haud tools And other related equipment before and after used and report tosuperior any sign of operational abnormalities
- Generate, analyze and edit NC program from MasterCam and HeartNC for Optical Profile machining or create manual programming on machine if necessary.
