In every task, attention to detail is an instinct for me, and focus on efficient completion is always my goal. For me to ensure a pleasurable customer experience, I make sure to apply six points:
Listen carefully to the customer's needs and understand fully what they are trying to say.
Sincerely empathize with them by recognizing their needs and feelings as if they were my own.
Offer a concrete resolution or options reasonable enough to appease them if solutions can not be immediate.
Commit to that resolution.
Follow through, if possible, for a sustainable relationship.
Show a 'smiling face' intonation throughout.
For me, the most unhappy customers are my greatest source of learning. I take pride in my work, and my dedication to my role will be evident in the quality of my output.
