- Team up with customer facing teams to better understand and fulfill customer requirements for Ethernet Service.
- Provide technical support with the customer and internal teams to address and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with vendor third parties and other partners to resolve technical difficulties efficiently.

- Monitor work order progress in timely manner to address jeopardy situations causing delays in completion.
