o Prepares condition assessment of paintings, paper/prints, textiles and other works of Art.

o Conduct photo-documentation before, during and after conservation and restoration work.

o Prepares graphical documentation of paintings and other works of art.

o Conducts dismantling of paintings, or artworks on paper, from strainer, stretcher and frame and other exhibited museum collections under the direct supervision of the conservators.

o Conducts solubility tests of all colors on paintings and other works of art.

o Conducts retouching, final, application of varnish and final coating on paintings and other works of art.

o Conducts mechanical and chemical cleaning of paintings, papers, textiles, metals and other related works.

o Provide assistance on the fieldworks related to preservation, conservation and restoration of Museum objects and other special projects.

Performs any other duties commensurate with the position as determined by the conservators and the Division head.

o Computerization of communications, and administrative works needed in Fine Arts Division such as Travel Order, Liquidation, RIS, PR, etc.

o Deliver official or important documents to different divisions related to Fine Arts Division.

o Provide assistance in mechanical and chemical cleaning of paintings, papers, textiles, metals and other related works.

o Provide assistance on the fieldworks related to preservation, conservation and restoration of Museum objects and other special projects.

Performs any other duties commensurate with the position as determined by the conservators and the Division head.

o Perform Physical and Chemical Testing on incoming Raw Materials and finished goods.

o Perform re-evaluation analysis of Raw Materials (as confirmation of COA)

o Formulate and evaluate paints in accordance to customer’s specifications.

o Perform testing activities associated with stability testing of in—process control samples and finished products.

o Ensure tests assigned are performed in a timely manner in compliance to Standard Operating procedures with necessary laboratory safety precautions.

o Perform second person verification of other analysts' work.

o Carry out lab equipment calibration and proper documentation of all instruments in laboratories.

o Provides inputs to new Quality Standards and Standard Analytical Tests; implementing new Quality Standards once approved and obsoleting previous revisions.

o Maintain inventory and control in—house stock, reference standards, chemical reagents, and consumables and ensure that there are sufficient stocks for testing.

o Identify and execute laboratory efficiency improvement tasks and any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
