* Inspect and assess the condition of the scaffolding material and reject damaged, defective and substandard material.

* Ensure that the contractor maintain a record of the condition of all scaffolding materials and assemblies to ensure that they are maintained correctly and dispose of the damaged or defective materials.

* Ensure that the work is performed safely in compliance with our client's HSE standards/requirement and objectives.

* Supervise all Scaffolding & Access related activities in Yard.

* Co-ordinate with priduction internal departments to ensure scaffolding works as per priorities & avoid rework / replication of scaffolding.

* Prepare & Monitor resource planning (Equipment, consumables & Manpower) for Scaffolding & access related in Yad in respect to all projects.
