Provides support and assistance to beneficiaries, ensuring their needs are addressed.

  • Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitors program implementation, tracks beneficiary progress, and prepares reports on program outcomes.

  • Community Engagement:

Organizes and facilitates community activities, such as assemblies and family development sessions.

  • Data Management:

Maintains and manages the municipal caseload, ensuring accurate records and information.

  • Compliance and Assessment:

Monitors compliance with program requirements, conducts supply-side assessments, and prepares relevant reports.

  • Complaint Handling:

Facilitates the review and monitoring of complaints and grievances submitted by beneficiaries.
