JOMEL CRUZ

1. Acts as the overall secretariat of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council.

2. Oversee budget allocation, planning and implementation of Programs, Projects and Activities under the DRRM Fund.

3. Implements staff and responders' training programs to ensure all team members maintain a up-to-date knowledge on disaster response and rescue practices, resulting in a consistently high level of service delivery.

4. Coordinates operations with other emergency service groups.

5. Establishes emergency all-hazard protocols for LGU-wide implementation.

6. Builds network with other NGAs, NGOs, LDRRMOs and Private Sector to leverage additional resources and support for mutual success outcome.

1. Oversee the daily operations of the entire Local Government Unit.

2. Ensures cohesive and creative relations with all Department Heads and functionaries.

3. Represents the Local Chief Executive in official functions and act as the "alter ego" of the LCE in decision-making.

4. Handles sensitive information discreetly, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times as required by the organization.

5. Supervises administrative support staff members, offering guidance, feedback, and mentorship that contributed to their professional growth and development.

6. Improves employee productivity with effective time management strategies for daily tasks.

7. Coordinates with Department Heads in order to achieve an effective and reliable government service.

8. Advises the Local Chief Executive.
