The applicant is currently a Senior Portfolio Manager responsible for product strategy and development, such as developing brand plan and ensuring portfolio health.
During his as time as Area Lead, he was responsible for sales generation, area planning and conducting BTL activities to support the move out of the products.
He was able to develop good relationship with key accounts & key dealers in the area during his tenure as Sales Executive and was responsible for achieving the sales target making a substantial contribution to the future growth of the company.
He has been a Solutions Development Specialist of Visayas mainly responsible in the supervision and implementation of ICS pilots or Solutions demo. He held position of Demand Creation Lead of Panay Island from July 2011 to September 2013 and was entrusted to supervise eight (8) Field Promoters. He is exposed in dealing with stakeholders, financiers, big land owners and farmers which can help in conducting pilot projects in Visayas to attend the needs of the consumers.
He had an extensive experience in sales having been a Sales Executive of Feed Ingredients for two years covering the areas of Bulacan, Laguna, Rizal, Cavite, Quezon and 2 accounts from Bicol.
He has also learned good communication skills and sales strategies from seminars and trainings and applied it for his experience and development in his current work.
From this, he worked with little supervision as he has opened new accounts and even revived dormant ones. The applicant had gained a wide and extensive experience in farm operations particularly in fruit crops and ornamental crops and even greenhouse construction during his training in Israel.
The applicant has already been engaged in managing small scale business owned by the family.
