- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to minimize downtime and enhance system performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to identify electrical issue promptly.

- Operates spillway gates at Casecnan and Taan Intake.
- Perform inspection on intake facilities structures.
- Monitor reservoir water inflows and power supply equipments.

- Daily monitoring of assigned personnel conducting road clearing at Casecnan and Taan Intake.

- Monitor and project water level elevation on both Masiway and Main dam reservoir.
- Prepare daily water consumption for power generation report.
- Operate irrigation tunnel gate of Pantabangan reservoir in case there is a shutdown of unit in First Gen. Hydro Electric Power Plant.
- Operate irrigation tunnel gate of Pantabangan reservoir in case there is a rapid descent of water level of Masiway dam.
- Hourly monitor of Masiway Dam Elevation
- Hourly monitor of Masiway Hydro Electric Power Plant water discharges.
- Operate high voltage motor for lifting spillway gate for irrigation diversion requirements manually and through SCADA.
- Running no load testing of generator every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Manually transfer the power from the generator to the control system when power interruption occurs when the auto option of the generator is not working.
- Hourly retrieve data from the flow meter using the api Software.
