As the Head of Odfjell Academy in the Philippines....

- Spearheaded the implementation of one of Odfjell's largest training programs, the Leadership and Followership Development Program (LFDP) as the lead instructor, facilitating for over 1200 seafarer Officers and Crew and shorebased personnel.

- Training Department Head, and stood as an instructor for various in-house training courses (Leadership, HSSE, and various technical shipboard related courses)

- Project Manager - managed the transfer, design and construction of Odfjell Academy from Subic Bay to the Odfjell Office in Manila

- Cadet Program Manager - oversee the operation of the cadet program (administration, recruitment, training, and management of Odfjell Bacolod campus)

An project shipboard position directly reporting to the Master and the VP of Maritime Personnel.

The function of the position is to be onboard the vessels to aid the Shipboard crew in effectively complying with all statutory and company procedures with the aim of improving the Health, Safety, Security and prevent the negative impact of vessels operation to the Environment.
