• Implemented and enforced the Quality Management System policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance across all project activities.
• Conducted inspections and testing for Structural, Architectural, MEPFS and External works and completed works to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitored and reported all quality-related activities, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues.
• Ensured all drawings, specifications, and submittals are reviewed and approved before work activities commence. Verify that all inspection, measuring, and testing equipment are calibrated and functioning properly.
• Issued and validated the close-out of Non-Conformance Reports and Work Suspension Notices, and track any discrepancies for resolution and corrective action.
• Utilized quality management systems (Procore) to track inspection results, reports, and project quality status.

• Supervised deep excavation, micro tunneling, pipe laying, road works (Asphalt & PCCP), Landscaping and precast concrete works
