- Support of existing in-house systems applications
- Provide technical assistance in our local and overseas employees
- Proactively monitors and resolves system/server issues.
- Performs systems tasks by projects assigned by our technical BA
- Deploys server changes and development code changes to the production environment
- Daily and Weekly server and workstation maintenance/patching.
- Monitoring of system software
- Checking website status and functionality
- Assist in tracking missing and/or problem transactions
- Server upgrades and maintenance
- Responsible for monitoring existing applications, web sites, networking, and servers.
- Responsible for Web related Escalations.
- Ensures that all Network system is working and functioning well.
- Generate logs and analyzes errors using Linux/Unix commands from our CLI Ubuntu servers.
- Create incident reports on a timely manner and reflect them in our CRM trouble ticketing site.
- Monitor all call activity and generating CDR (Call Data Reports) from our database using SQL
query.
- Ensures that all Computers are working and able to receive calls.
- Monitors system functionality daily and weekly.
- Assists Call center agents for Technical problems.
- Repair and Configure workstations.
- Inventory of all IT-related peripherals.
- Assist in day-to-day hardware and software support for computers in laboratories and other offices.
- Assist members of the faculty and other departments with hardware and software issues. (as
needed)
- Assist in network setup and implementation: cabling, client – setup and/ or access s.
- Facilitates and monitors usage of Computer Laboratories.
- Ensures that all Computer Laboratory equipment are complete and in good condition.
- Daily Backup of the CIS(Central Information System).
- Inventory of all the I.T. related peripherals.
- Repair and troubleshoot PC problems.
- Format and install software.
- Daily backup of reports and files.
- Checks daily the good connection of network.
- Provide enhanced graphic designs for broadcasting.
- Provide support in file transfer.
- Provide support in SMS transactions e.g. opt-out.
- Edit video and sound for broadcasting purposes.
- Inventory of all the I.T. related peripherals.
